Datuk Nasir oversees the company’s overall strategy and his visionary leadership ensures IPSB’s performance.

Mardhiah has a unique 16-year background in project management, in-depth knowledge of technology, strategic planning, market analysis and business development which provides clients with innovative advantages. As the Executive Director for IPSB, Mardhiah’s mission is to empower clients with their digital transformation whereby she manages and engages with local and international clients to be ahead of the curve with the latest solutions, partners and technologies.
Farikh Ikram Mohammed
CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER
Farikh, the Chief Technology Officer at IPSB, brings over 13 years of expertise in the Broadcast and Media Industry, providing strategic technology leadership. With a strong foundation in Multimedia, he drives the continued development of innovative, agile, and secure information technology solutions. In his role, Farikh collaborates closely with business and technology leaders to explore and assess the impact of emerging technologies, ensuring IPSB remains at the forefront of industry advancements.
Irni Shazana Mohd Shukri
HEAD OF CORPORATE GOVERNANCE
Irni, now Head of Corporate Governance, utilizes her extensive experience in IPSB’s operations, finance, HR, and legal areas since 2009, coupled with her Bachelor of Law from International Islamic University Malaysia, to ensure robust corporate governance. She develops and implements policies for compliance, transparency, and risk mitigation, providing expert guidance to stakeholders and fostering sustainable business practices.
Alia Sarah Zainal Abidin
HEAD OF SALES OPERATIONS
Alia, the Head of Sales Operations, applies her 14+ years of experience in business development and strategic partnerships, along with her Masters in Business Administration from Putra Business School, to optimize IPSB’s sales processes and drive revenue growth. She oversees sales operations efficiency, aligning it with marketing and partner communication strategies, and leverages data-driven insights to enhance performance and streamline workflows. Building on her expertise in partner ecosystem development, she fosters strong stakeholder relationships and implements strategic campaigns to highlight IPSB’s value proposition, ensuring a focus on strategic expansion.
Goey Sin Tee

Sin Tee or Cindy, is the Head of Accounting and Finance. Cindy’s career path hasn’t been confined to one specific industry. Having navigated multiple sectors, she possesses a well-rounded perspective and the ability to adapt to different business environments. This adaptability makes her a valuable asset to IPSB Technology, allowing her to effectively manage the company’s finances across various projects and domains.
KHAIRUL ANWAR
HEAD OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Anwar is the Head of Business Development at IPSB Technology, bringing extensive experience in the Telecommunications and Banking sectors. He holds an MBA from UiTM and a degree in Mass Communication. Anwar plays a key role in driving strategic growth, partnership development, and market expansion. He draws on his prior success in OTT monetization, marketing strategy, and cross-functional leadership to help expand IPSB Technology’s footprint across industries.
